Returns & Exchange Policy
Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy (“Return Policy”). The Return Policy is applicable for 24 Hours of the order being delivered, including the delivery date. Unfortunately, we could not be to entertain any claims of refund and exchange after that.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1. Cancellations
An order can be cancelled before the item has been shipped, in which case, the amount in question shall be refunded in full.
However, once the item has been shipped and delivered, it is subject to the returns and exchange clauses outlined within this policy.
2. Non-eligible list
The following goods are exempted from returns, refunds and exchanges:
a) Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
b) Intimate or Sanitary items
c) Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
d) Gift cards
3. Receipt of good: Returns & Exchange
It is your responsibility to inspect products that you receive. If you have received a product that is defective / damaged / not matching your original order, please do not accept this package and return the package to the delivery person. If the delivery person refuses to accept this package, you may call us within 24 hours of such delivery to record with us the details of defective / damaged goods. Returns / exchanges due to defective / damaged goods will not be entertained more than 24 hours after you have received the goods. You may be requested to provide pictures of the defective / damaged goods
4. Return Policy
Once shipped, any requests for returns, will be subject to all the following conditions:
a) The items must not be a part of the non-eligible list above
b) Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be accepted
c) Items that have been opened or that show obvious signs of use will not be accepted
d) Replacement request must be made within 24 Hours of the order being delivered, including the delivery date.
5. Exchange Policy
Once shipped, any requests for exchange, will be subject to all the following conditions:
a) Exchange request must be made within 24 hours of initial receipt of goods
b) The items are defective/damaged
c) The items must not be a part of the non-eligible list above

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In the case of an exchanged product, it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you and the time may vary based on your location.
7. Refunds
Once we receive the items that are requested for return / exchange, we will inspect the item as per the terms within this policy. If approved, then the refund will be processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive any items that you return.
